    Optimization reagents

    Cell culture optimization: Test your cell culture conditions before committing to a full AVITI24 run. Simply plate cells, perform cell paint, assemble the flow cell, and visualize on either an AVITI24 or a microscope.

    Antibody screening kit: Screen antibodies for use in a custom antibody panel. Couple your primary antibody of interest to a Teton detection probe, apply to cells, assemble the flow cell and read-out on your AVITI24—in less than 7 hours, you can determine antibody performance in a Teton assay.

     

    Flexible protein customization

    With Teton, we provide flexible paths to protein customization:

    Custom add-on panels: Enables users to profile up to 88 unique primary antibodies coupled with our Teton detection probes. A simple workflow requires no chemical cross-linking and reduces time to generate a fully custom panel from months to hours.

    Teton Focus Panels: Pre-designed sets of 24 target probes across immunology, oncology, neuroscience, and cell cycle research areas. Users can mix and match up to 3 focus panels per run or combine 2 focus panels with up to 24 custom antibodies.
