    AVITI24 applications

    AVITI24 is the first and only platform to enable in situ multiomics and next generation sequencing.  AVITI24 multiomics simultaneously visualizes RNA, protein, and cell morphology at single-cell, spatial resolution with no library prep.

    This integrated approach is particularly well suited for CRISPR-based functional genomics and drug screening applications, where linking perturbations to multiomic phenotypes at scale is critical. Coming soon on the platform is the capability to screen hundreds of thousands of cells with parallel readouts of cell morphology, 3’ transcriptome, guide RNAs, and protein.
