    With innovations like Q50 performance with UltraQ™ and Trinity™ onboard target capture, AVITI24 delivers a broad range of sequencing applications, from whole genome sequencing to targeted assays.

    Cell Screening

    Go beyond sequencing to profile RNA, protein expression, and cellular morphology directly in intact cells on AVITI24 for a deeper understanding of how molecular changes translate to cellular phenotypes.

    With Direct In Sample Sequencing (DISS), AVITI24 delivers integrated multiomic readouts from adherent or suspension cells without library prep. This streamlined approach reduces hands-on time and enables run times as low as 24 hours.

    AVITI24 will soon deliver spatial expressed variant detection (SNPs, indels, fusions) and high-plex cell typing & pathway analysis with direct sequencing in fresh frozen or FFPE tissue, all while preserving spatial organization. By sequencing expressed variants directly at the RNA level, this approach connects specific variants to their exact location within the tissue microenvironment for new insights into clonal evolution, tumor-immune interactions, nand drug resistance mechanisms. Designed for scale with up to 20cm² of usable area per run, tissue profiling extends the power of AVITI24™ without added complexity.
