Can I use asymmetric read length conditions on an AVITI or AVITI24 sequencing run?

Answer

Yes, you can configure read lengths (including index reads) up to a maximum of 634 cycles for the 2x300 kit, 334 cycles for the 2x150 kit, and 184 cycles for the 2x75 kit in any split needed.

However, read lengths greater than the standard value for the kit (i.e. >300 for R1 or R2 in a 2x300 kit) are not recommended or validated due to potential drops in performance.
