Title: AVITI24™ sequencing for microbiology: keeping pace with constantly evolving microbes

Microbes are everywhere and constantly evolving, placing new demands on how microbiology studies are designed and scaled. Leveraging our proprietary Avidite Base Chemistry™, the AVITI™ family of platforms delivers high-quality sequencing data with the flexibility needed for microbial whole-genome sequencing, virus surveillance, 16S studies, and metagenomics, without added complexity or cost.

In this seminar, we will show how AVITI24 helps microbiology labs run more samples, adapt to changing research questions, and move faster from sequencing to insight. We will also highlight how Trinity™ simplifies targeted sequencing by moving complex steps onto the instrument, reducing hands-on time and speeding results.
