These protocols have been validated across numerous runs using Cytos kits for cell screening on the AVITI24™ system, and include detailed cell culture protocols with seeding densities and images showing successful cell culture techniques.
These protocols may include customer or internal protocols that have been tested with Cytos kits for cell screening on a limited number of runs and may require additional optimization.
Note: These protocols are designed for wild-type, untreated cell lines. Treatment, handling, cell line differences, passage number, and other factors can affect culture behavior, so some optimization is typically expected. See Cytos Sample Preparation & Optimization User Guide for more specific guidance.
