Workshop On-Demand — ESHG Corporate Satellite Session 2026

This year at ESHG, we presented our sequencing technologies and a real-world case study at a corporate satellite meeting. First, our CEO, Molly He, introduced our expanding portfolio of multiomics and sequencing solutions, including our upcoming VITARI™ high-throughput sequencer and Direct In Sample Sequencing in cells and tissues on AVITI24™.

 

Then, Moa Hägglund from Clinical Genomics Stockholm shares their evaluation of Trinity™  workflow implementation, showing promising outcomes including reduced turnaround times by 1-2 days, lower off-target rates requiring less sequencing data for equivalent coverage, and successful detection of known somatic mutations in myeloid malignancy gene panels.
