Cloudbreak™ chemistry was used to perform single-cell gene expression sequencing, profiling fixed samples.
Methods
The 10x Genomics Chromium Single Cell Gene Expression Flex prepared libraries from human cells. The Adept™ Library Compatibility Kit v1.1 circularized the libraries, which were then pooled to target ~10,000 reads per cell. The AVITI™ System performed a 28 x 90-cycle run and Bases2Fastq generated the FASTQ files. 10x Genomics prepared the samples and libraries, which Element sequenced.
