Poster: Spatially Resolved Whole Transcriptome Sequencing and Proteomics on Fresh Frozen and FFPE Tissues

Correlating molecular expression with tissue context and cellular interactions is critical for understanding the tumor microenvironment and disease progress. We combined Direct In Sample RNA Sequencing (DISS) with protein detection directly within tissues using AVITI24™ to enable:

• Untargeted, in situ transcriptome sequencing
• High-fidelity RNA and protein mapping across diverse tissue types
• Discovery of spatial expression patterns aligned with healthy and diseased tissue
