Poster: Single-cell morphological multiomics reveals the impact of SETD5 depletion

Here, we used AVITI24™ to integrate morphology, protein abundance, and whole transcriptome RNA measurements across more than 400,000 human iPSCs following acute SETD5 depletion.

SETD5 haploinsufficiency is linked to neurodevelopmental disorders, but the cellular mechanisms underlying its role in gene regulation remain poorly understood. In a single automated AVITI24 run, we combined imaging, protein measurements, and Direct In Sample Sequencing (DISS) to examine how loss of this chromatin-associated factor reshapes transcriptional programs, shifts cell state, and alters RNA localization at single-cell resolution.
