Poster: Development of a multimodal comprehensive genomic profiling panel with on-flow cell hybrid capture

Comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) uses hybrid capture-based target enrichment for detection of multiple types of genomic alterations. Traditional hybrid capture workflows, however, are often time-intensive and technically demanding.

With our partners at Qiagen, we present a hybrid capture-based workflow combining the QIAseq xHYB CGP panel for multimodal genomic profiling with the AVITI™ sequencing system and Trinity™ for integrated on-flow cell capture.
