2 x 300 Long-Insert Human WGS with the Adept™ Workflow

Cloudbreak chemistry performed long-insert whole-genome sequencing (WGS) of a human reference genome prepared with the Element Adept Library Compatibility Workflow.

Methods 

PCR-free libraries were prepared from 1 µg HG001. The samples were mechanically sheared to ~650 bp inserts, end-repaired, and ligated with KAPA unique dual index (UDI) adapters. The Adept™ Library Compatibility Kit v1.1 circularized the libraries for sequencing on the AVITI™ System using a 2 x 300 read length. Bases2Fastq generated the FASTQ files.
