IDT xGen Pan-Cancer Panel with Human Reference Samples

This dataset represents a targeted cancer panel sequencing experiment using the IDT xGen Pan-Cancer Panel with human reference samples.

Methods

Libraries were prepared from NA12878 reference DNA using Elevate adapters (IDT 10017037). The workflow involved a pre-capture amplification of 5 PCR cycles. A total input of 6 µg DNA was used for in-solution hybridization with the IDT xGen Pan-Cancer Panel (~800 Kbp) (IDT 1056204). Following capture, samples underwent 10 PCR cycles for post-capture amplification. The experiment consisted of 12 multiplexed libraries.
