Human RNA-Seq, Universal Human Reference RNA (Watchmaker™)

AVITI 2x75 Sequencing Kit Cloudbreak FS Low Output kit with Cloudbreak Freestyle chemistry with was used to perform RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) of Universal Human Reference RNA.

Methods

Libraries were prepared from input of 100ng Universal Human Reference RNA (Invitrogen, QS0639) using the Watchmaker mRNA kit (7K0105). The libraries were prepared and ligated with adapters from the Elevate Long UDI Adapter Kit Set A (830-00010). A 4-plex library pool was sequenced with approximately 2.4% PhiX alignment. Bases2Fastq was used to generate FASTQ files.
