2 x 300 B-Cell Receptor Sequencing

Cloudbreak chemistry sequenced B-cell receptors (BCRs).

Methods 

BCR libraries were prepared from spleen and (PMBC) samples purchased from BioChain. A Takara SMARTer Human BCR IgG H/K/L Profiling Kit prepared the libraries, which were then sequenced on the AVITI™ System. Bases2Fastq generated the FASTQ files.
