Poster: Advancements in in situ sequencing: automated, high-throughput insights into cellular dynamics and gene function

In situ sequencing (ISS) represents a breakthrough in our ability to understand complex biological systems with spatial resolution. ISS enables the direct analysis of nucleic acids in their native environment without the need for extraction and amplification. In this poster, we present an optimized ISS workflow leveraging our innovative ABC chemistry and the AVITI24™ platform.
