Optimization and Culture Techniques for Suspension and Adherent Cells

With Teton™ and Teton Atlas™, optimizing cell culture conditions is the first step in a successful experiment. Element Biosciences offers 3 workflow options to assess culture conditions in a 48-well or 12-well slide.

Assess cell confluency, morphology, segmentation, control protein probes and experimental antibodies all on AVITI24 using the Teton Custom Antibody Screening Kit (860-00035).

To assess cell confluency, morphology, segmentation and control protein probes, use the Teton Custom Antibody Screening Kit without the addition of custom antibodies.

Confluency, morphology and segmentation can be assessed on AVITI24 using the Teton Onboard Cell Paint Imaging Kit (860-00047) or using a fluorescent microscope with the use of the Teton Cell Paint Probe Kit (830-00045).

We recommend specific cell culture handling techniques for 12-well and 48-well adherent cells and suspension cells. The articles below include videos to illustrate best practices for seeding cells, adding and removing liquid when working with cells in the Teton Slide Kit.
