Brian is Chief People Officer at Element Biosciences, responsible for the human resources function. He joins Element Biosciences from BridgeBio Inc., a company focused on developing treatments for rare genetic diseases, where he was Chief Operating Officer responsible for building the legal, human resources, IT and facilities functions.
Brian’s diverse experience includes human resources and operational leadership roles at Activision Blizzard and Bausch Health Companies. He also brings a diverse background in management and leadership consulting and investment banking. Brian holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance from Georgetown University.
