Join us for lunch and learn about the latest single-cell multiomics innovations from Element Biosciences
When: October 14, 2026 | 12:00PM - 1:00 PM EST
Where: University of Florida Interdisciplinary Center for Biotechnology Research, Room 451, 2033 Mowry Road, Room 451, Gainesville, FL 32610
Title: Expanding the Dimensions of Discovery: Single-Cell Sequencing and Multiomics with Element AVITI24
Reveal more complete biological insights by simultaneously profiling RNA, protein, and cellular morphology across millions of cells in a single run. AVITI24™ makes this depth of multidimensional analysis accessible through streamlined workflows and minimal hands-on time. In this seminar we’ll share how Direct In Sample Sequencing (DISS), sequences RNA directly from within intact cells, enabling powerful applications such as CRISPR guide RNA detection and laying the groundwork for future capabilities including whole transcriptome analysis and spatial analysis. This session will introduce the AVITI24 system and its multiomics chemistries and showcase how researchers are leveraging this approach to explore complex biology with unprecedented depth and efficiency.
Lunch will be provided!
