Whole exome sequencing (WES) is a robust and cost-effective approach for research detecting genetic variants across inherited diseases. WES workflows are complex, time-consuming, and can contribute to assay variability and limit sensitivity of the assay. In this poster, we present our new Trinity™ workflow that eliminates the need for PCR and integrates post-hybridization steps directly onto the AVITI™ sequencer.
