Teton™ CytoProfiling, SH-SY5Y Cells (Teton Neuroscience Panel)

Methods

SH-SY5Y cells under standard culture conditions were treated over a 14-day period with retinoic acid to induce partial differentiation. Cells were washed, fixed, and stored on a 12-well Teton flow cell assembly according to the Teton CytoProfiling User Guide and flow cells were kept at 4^oC until use. 

For the cytoprofiling run, cells were treated with cell paint reagents, washed, and permeabilized according to the Teton CytoProfiling User Guide. The treated flow cell was run using the Teton Neuroscience Panel, which includes 6 cell paint, 50 protein, and 344 RNA targets.
