Cloudbreak UltraQ chemistry was used to perform whole-genome sequencing (WGS) of a CHM13 human cell line sample.
Methods
PCR-Free libraries were prepared from input of 1 µg of CHM13 cell line gDNA using the Elevate Mechanical Library Prep Kit (830-00008). The samples were mechanically sheared to ~350bp, end-repaired, and ligated with adapters from the Elevate Long UDI Adapter Set A (830-00010). Libraries were sequenced using the AVITI 2x150 Sequencing Kit Cloudbreak UltraQ (860-00018). Bases2Fastq was used to generate FASTQ files.
