The Adept Workflow makes libraries prepared with third-party kits compatible with the Element AVITI™ System without changes to upstream library prep or analysis. Simply augment your existing sequencing workflow with AVITI to capitalize on cost, flexibility, and quality for any project.
Custom splint oligos kitted with circularization or amplification reagents unlock a diversity of applications, from exomes to whole-genome sequencing (WGS). Multiple kit and protocol options ensure library compatibility and choice of key experiment parameters.

Kit Specifications
The Element Adept Library Compatibility Kit v1.1 and Adept Rapid PCR-Plus supply familiar reagents and procedures that are complete in as little as 40 minutes. Depending on protocol, you can manually circularize libraries on-bench or amplify the libraries for automatic circularization onboard the instrument as part of the run.
