The Element Adept Library Compatibility Kit v1.1 manually circularizes linear libraries prepared with third-party kits for sequencing on the Element AVITI™ System. The kit supports libraries that match the sequence Figure 1 depicts in black.
For libraries with missing, additional, or mismatched bases or 5′ and 3′ modifications that block DNA ligation, Element recommends the Adept Rapid PCR-Plus Kit, which is compatible with all assays. For more information on the Adept Workflow, visit the product page.
