William (Bill) P. Donnelly

Bill spent more than 20 years growing the international life science tool firm, Mettler-Toledo International Inc. (NYSE: MTD). During Bill’s tenure as CFO and later Executive Vice President responsible for Finance, Supply Chain and Information Systems, MTD had a more than 100-fold increase in its share price and drove a more than 20% earnings CAGR over that period. During this period MTD evolved from a leveraged buy-out to an IPO to a highly successful public company.
Currently Bill serves as lead independent director at Ingersoll Rand Inc. and on the boards of T. Rowe Price and Quanterix Corporation. Bill is a graduate of John Carroll University and currently serves as the Chairman of their Board of Directors.
